The goods presented on this auction platform are not the property of NSJ MOTORS or any representative third party.

Please note that after winning the auction, you are obliged to make the payment to block the purchase within 48 hours, based on the documents we provide, otherwise the car will be reposted to the auction.

NSJ motors works as a sales aggregator so that customers who want to sell their goods legally contract us to put their car up for sale and organize its sale.

At the time of invoicing, NSJ MOTORS will invoice the goods on behalf of the customers by providing you with their personal account, whether it is a private person or a company.

After receiving the goods, within 14 days of paying the invoice, you will receive all the documents related to the legal registration of the goods you purchased.

 

If you’ve registered with NSJ MOTORS, we’ll ask you to prove that you are a real person, professional car trader or dealer. The easiest way to do this is by providing the necessary documents that will be requested along the way.

Would you like to change your password? No problem.

To change your password, log in to ‘My account’, go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Login & Security’.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you obviously won’t be able to access your account. In this case, you need to reset your password. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the login button and click ‘Forgot password?’
  2. Type in your username and click ‘Send me an email’.
  3. A new password will be emailed to you. This can take several minutes. If some time has passed and the email hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder.
  4. Enter the new password on the login screen.
  5. Your access to the website will then be restored. Don’t forget to go to ‘My account’ and change your temporary password to one you have chosen yourself.

There are different reasons why your account may have been blocked:

  1. You have not been verified as a real person, professional car trader or dealer.
  2. The ASIC registration of your company appears to be invalid
  3. Customer service has revoked your right to use your account for reasons such as pending final delivery documents, unwanted behaviour, cancelled cars, unprofessional communication or conduct, etc.
  4. Your payment is late. The payment process varies by location.

If you are more than 24 hours late submitting the payment for your vehicle, you will receive a friendly automatic reminder. If the payment is not received in full within 24 hours, the system will automatically disallow you from bidding in other auctions until the payment has been confirmed by our bank. Your account will then be reinstated.

  3. Email us. If you’re unable to find the answer you need in our FAQs or Self-Help Assistant, please feel free to email us. Our fast-working Customer Service Team will respond to you within 24 hours.
  4. For customers that have a dedicated account team, login to My account to see their contact details.

Please note: The company owner (main account holder) is expected to be the point of contact for all bidders on their account. Our customer service agents are only permitted to provide information about cars directly to the company owner (main account holder) or private owner. To avoid confusion, please ensure that the phone number you call from, or the address you email from, matches the details we have on file for you.

To request the deletion of your personal data under a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), please complete the Privacy Request Web Form the dedicated form available on our website.

Submitting your request through the online form ensures it goes directly into our secure system, allowing us to:

  • Collect all the necessary and accurate information
  • Immediately acknowledge your request
  • Respond within the required 30-day timeframe
  • Provide a faster, more consistent, and compliant service
